Todd Rowley is a Senior Advisor to Asgaard on mid-market capital and financing needs. He has 40 years in the banking industry with a focus on loans for middle market companies. He also provides strategic advice and counseling to his customers in the areas of general business management, leadership, financial management, and capital structure.

Todd has held senior leadership positions with national and regional banks, including Wells Fargo, Capital One Bank, and United Bank. He also serves as a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond 5th District advisory council. Todd is an active member of the Virginia community, having served in various leadership roles for Virginia Tech, Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), LEAD Virginia, the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, and the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce.

Todd holds a BA in Business Administration and Speech Communications from Adrian College, an MBA with honors from Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business, and a graduate degree in Banking Finance with honors from the University of Delaware Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In addition, Todd holds Associate of Science degrees in Information Systems Technology, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity from NOVA.
