Kevin Sampson is a Senior Vice President of Asgaard, providing accounting expertise in all aspects of corporate finance, partnership taxes, GAAP accounting, consolidated reporting, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he has proven experience in the areas of business improvement and integration, due diligence work, bankruptcy processes, and 363 sales.

Kevin has served as CFO, treasurer and partner with International Bonded Couriers, Inc. and IBC Airways, privately held New York international courier and shipping firms, where he was a key player in the successful integration of new businesses that led to growth in annual gross revenue from $700,000 to $75 million. He was also CFO of the largest non-union New York City-based refrigeration equipment installer and repair firm, where employee head count doubled, gross revenue nearly tripled, and net income quadrupled during his tenure.

Kevin received his BS in Accounting from James Madison University. He is a licensed certified public accountant and an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
